Plant Modifications Complete, Precipitator Problem Fixed

The modifications to the plant are completed. Our precipitator has undergone several local modifications and is now working. We have made several batches with very good results.

We have several of our stockholders to thank for having been very generous with their time and assistance in helping us overcome the hurdles encountered during this process.  The time and talents of these individuals have been very instrumental in helping us achieve this. Others have assisted in ways a bit less obvious perhaps but still just as important. For all their efforts, we think it only fitting that they be recognized for their contributions to this endeavor.

So, we would like to give, what seems in a way inadequate, a huge THANKYOU to:
Mike Ward                                Rick Harmon                          Kevin Moras
Rich Adams                               Jim Quigley                             Don Cloer
Frank Williamson                       Mark Williamson                    Danny Williams
Les Booth                                  Patrick Degman                      Ed McNeil
         Jeff Schneider                            Steve Moras

Several others have offered but as yet haven’t been needed, our sincere thanks and appreciation to all of you as well.

Major Paper Company Expresses Interest in Aqua Resources

Lee recently held a meeting with one of the world’s leading paper companies after they expressed interest in our product. They have some basic questions which have to be answered before they commit to a path forward, but at least the dialogue has begun!

Pathogens Progress: Fighting a Killer

Fighting deadly pathogens is a huge struggle in the health industry, and this battle is costing the hospital care system $4.5 – 5.7 billion each year. Even more alarming is that 90,000 people die every year as a result of being exposed to these killer pathogens.

We continue to make progress with our pathogens testing. We have an excellent researcher in Montgomery, Alabama, who has secured a test facility and is in the process of collecting pathogen strains and developing procedures which will test the success of our product against them. We expect to receive test results in about 90 days.

Aqua Resources Applies for Additional SIBR Grant

We have submitted a new application for a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) grant. As we reported to you in our October 2007 issue, the SIBR funds early stage research and development funding to small companies. This new grant application seeks to explore the impact of our product in field hospitals.
