AQUA NEWSLETTER

There has been much activity at Aqua recently, not all of it good, but not all of it bad either.  Earlier this year the precipitator we were using, had to be repaired several times and it finally died.  Before it died we were working with a firm in Albany, GA to design and build a new one.  The new precipitator would be the same size as would go in our first production plant.  This would allow us to get all of our information required to build the first plant.

Unfortunately it was not completed when the old unit died, so we have had some down time.  The new unit arrived a few weeks ago and our guys installed it in good order.  However, when they turned it on there were several problems, including leaks.  The problems have been diagnosed, fixes determined and parts ordered.  We believe the corrected unit will arrive at our shop the week of January 21st. We hope to be running before the week is out.

Now the good news:  All has not been lost during the downtime of our precipitator as Lee has been busy with his contacts.  We have quite a list of people and companies that want to test our product.

One of our research scientists has completed a preliminary test where he used our product to kill the e coli bacteria.

A rather large company is interested in testing some of our product in disposable diapers and other disposable items that come in contact with the human skin.

There are some people in a nearby hospital who want to test our product against the staph bacteria.

We have some other folks that want to run tests with our stuff in nylon and other fibers.

In our next newsletter, we will update these developments.  The first three good news items could be really good for mankind and not bad for us.
